Shannon Howe
RMT, WC Hons, Sports Massage
Co-founder
Shannon is a registered massage therapist with the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan. In 2002, she graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. She started working with the college as an instructor in practical classes, physiology and pathology up until 2020.
Shannon specializes in pregnancy, labour and delivery support massage along with birth doula services. She continues to share her knowledge with her clients and clinic partners through instruction of the Understanding the Pregnant Pelvis and Labour and Delivery Support class.
Shannon works with various professional and amateur athletes and has for more than two decades. She currently works as the Medical Team Coordinator with the Regina Thunder Football Club, Saskatchewan Selects Football Team and U16 Football team program on injury management and assessment. She offers traditional Swedish massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) work, vacuum cupping and myofascial work. Areas of specialization include TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy massage and football injuries.
Shannon offers treatment for work-related injuries and motor vehicle claims.
Todd Stewart
RMT, Pre- & Post-Sports Massage
Co-founder
Todd is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. He graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2004. Todd developed an interest in sports therapy and works with many athletes from different sports backgrounds including swimming, baseball, rugby and football. Todd offers mobility Thai massage-based treatment, traditional Swedish massage, sports massage, vacuum cupping and myofascial work. His areas of specialization include dysfunction of the low back, shoulder, hand and wrist.
Todd is the massage therapist for the Regina Red Sox (Western Canadian Baseball League), and volunteer trainer
for Saskatchewan Selects Football.
Lori Hackinen
RMT
Lori is a 2013 graduate of Saskatoon’s McKay Massage and Hydrotherapy Program and is a registered massage therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
Lori’s specialty is injury assessment. She focuses on improving mobility and strength using hot and cold stonework, pre- and post- sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, active release, relaxation and breath work, and by providing individuals tailored stretching and movement practices.
Lori is a volunteer trainer with the Sask Selects football teams.

Catlin Kezama
RMT
Catlin is a 2022 graduate of the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy and a registered therapist with the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).
Catlin’s focus is on improving human performance through fluid and pain free movement patterns, improved mobility and flexibility techniques. He helps individuals decrease muscle tension/stiffness and soreness and to improve recovery from an injury.
As a former player in the Canadian Junior Football League (CJFL) for four years and two years with the University of Regina Rams, Catlin is well versed in the different mechanisms and obstacles of injuries and how best to aid in recovery and improved performance.
Along with working as a registered massage therapist, Catlin has coached several minor and high school teams, and is currently a coach on the Western Women’s Canadian Football League Regina Riot and CJFL Regina Thunder.
Becky Gust
RMT
Becky graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2024. She is a registered therapist with the National Health Practitioners of Canada.

She is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (Level 1) and currently completing her professional cupping therapy (Level 1).
Her education will continue in 2024 as she continues taking courses to specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). MLD is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system. This therapy is particularly beneficial for reducing swelling, improving immune function, and supporting post-surgical recovery.
Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to relax and unwind, her goal is to provide a personalized treatment plan that supports your overall health and well-being.

Braydan Mohns
RMT
Braydan is a Registered Massage Therapist with Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). He graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2024.

During his schooling Braydan was a recipient of the National CCMTS/Massage Addict research 2023 award, receiving 2nd place for his group’s research paper on The Effects of Massage Therapy on Sleep Quality.
​
Along with working as a registered massage therapist, Braydan has been a competitive curler since the age of 16. His professional interests lie in injury prevention/recovery and optimizing performance, whether it be in sports or everyday living.
He believes in a balance of mobility with strength and enjoys teaching patients about muscle function and has a strong commitment to continue learning to better assist his patients.
