Birth Doula Services
A birth doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional and informational support to individuals before, during and after childbirth. Their role is to support and assist the birthing person and their partner throughout the process by offering comfort measures, advocacy and guidance. Birth doulas focus on offering personalized support and education to help individuals have a positive childbirth experience.
The birth doula does not provide medical care or clinical tasks, and does not speak on behalf of the client.
